  2. Contact Lisa to get access to my private Weight Loss Facebook Group and for answers to any specific questions you might have.
  3. Order your weight loss products so that you can get started on our 30-day program.
  4. Take advantage of my free grocery lists, menus, recipes (including delicious protein shakes) to create delicious and healthy meals that will help you lose weight faster.
  5. Increase your physical activity with a safe and fun exercise routine. If you aren’t already a member of a gym (or even if you are) try out our FREE 2-week membership to the YMCA which is part of our weight loss program. This even includes a 1 hour session with a trained exercise coach to help you develop your own personal fitness routine.
